During the Azure fundamentals training I have just reached the training on Azure Accounts. At one point it starts to spin up the sandbox and despite my email address being pwc.com it is trying to go to a different pension company completely and as a result is failing to authenticate (quite rightly).

You can see from the picutre below my pwc email address but for unknown reason is trying to access PIC (Which is a different organisation). When I go to my microsoft account I can see Pension Services Corporation (PIC) but have no way to leave it.

So how do I get the page to spin up against my pwc credentials?User's image

    Hi David Cory (UK),

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Q&A forum.

It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your Microsoft account where the Azure sandbox is attempting to authenticate with the wrong organization.

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you resolve this issue:

1.Sign in to your Microsoft account at myaccount.microsoft.com. using your david.cory@pwc.com credentials to verify your account and organization settings.

2.Go to the "Organizations" section and ensure that your primary organization is set to PwC, not Pension Services Corporation (PIC).

3.Remove unwanted guest accounts by navigating to the "Organizations" section, finding "Pension Services Corporation Ltd," clicking "Leave," and confirming any prompts to ensure you leave the organization.

4.Open your browser settings, clear your browsing data (including cache and cookies), then close and reopen your browser.

5.Sign in to the Azure portal or training sandbox page with your david.cory@pwc.com account and verify it picks up the correct organization (PwC).

6.Open an InPrivate/Incognito window (Edge or Chrome), navigate to the Azure sandbox page, and sign in with your david.cory@pwc.com account.

By following these steps, you should be able to ensure that your Azure sandbox uses your PwC credentials instead of those from Pension Services Corporation.

If the issue continues to persist, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
