SSRS Report Server 22 Native Scale Out with a network Load Balancer not working as expected.

I have setup a 2022 SQL Instance. Using the DB from a 2012 r2 instance. I have looked over documentation. I can only get the last report server joined to the instance to display the webserver and the reports server. Example node1, 2 and 3 were installed in order. As of right now only node 3 will work behind the NLB VIP. We are using Citrix netscaler/adm. Anyone else run into this? It's driving me mad. Please help :D

Hi Zoe! I followed instructions. I am not seeing errors seen in logs. Node 3 allows access to the "/reports" or /"reportserver". Nodes 1 and 2 will just prompt for creds regardless of browser. Prior to adding Node 3, Node 2 would work but node 1 would prompt. Node 1 worked while it was the only node. It also seems that the troubled nodes will allow access briefly(seconds)after reboot, then will go back to prompting. I test this behavior by removing nodes from behind the load balancer VIP.

Subscriptions work, it generates urls using the VIP and the emails are delivered. The last change I made was to upgrade the SQL instance to Enterprise. That did not change behavior. Things I did outside of documentation was adding the reg key "SystemDefaultTlsVersions" with value of 1. Also updating the host file to loopback the VIPs DNS record. All nodes have these changes applied. Thank you.

Please follow the steps in the official documentation to configure the SSRS scale out in case you miss something.

Configure a Native mode report server scale-out deployment

Is there any error message about node1 and node2?
