Looks like VS failed to launch or install. It seems that the issue is caused by .NET Framework.

If you try to use .NET Framework repair tool to repair the .NET Framework, will it work?

Please also try to update Windows OS, and make sure that there’s no Windows Update error.

Hi @帆郭,

Is there any limitation on your machine, such as antivirus, group policy and security management software?

Please also try to repair VS from VS Installer => More => Repair, after that try to run VS as administrator.

If it doesn't work, try to download and install .NET 8.0.6, reboot your machine, launch VS again. See if this works.

May I know if VS works correctly now, on your side?

If all above methods don’t work, I may suggest you try to reinstall VS. Uninstall VS from VS Installer => uninstall VS Installer from Control Panel => download a new VS setup file from here: Downloads => put it in C drive(like C:\VSSetup.exe) and run it as administrator.

If you get any issues while uninstalling VS, try to use the InstallCleanup.exe tool.
