    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

If a user receives an email sharing a document but is unable to access the Excel file, there may be several reasons that can cause this situation. Here are some possible solutions:

Ensure that users have access to the Excel file. When sharing documents, you may need to ensure that users have appropriate permissions to view or edit the file.

Ensure that the shared link is valid and points to the correct Excel file. Sometimes links may expire or point to the wrong location, preventing users from accessing files.

Sometimes specific browsers or devices may cause access issues. It is recommended that users try accessing links on different browsers or devices.

Sometimes browser caching may cause access issues. It is recommended that users clear their browser cache and try to access the link again.

If none of the above methods can solve the problem, it is recommended that users contact the organization's IT support team, who may be able to provide more professional assistance and eliminate potential network or permission issues.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou

    Hi @Gokulraj

Is there any error message when that user opens the shared file? If yes, please share it with us.

If you share another workbook for a test, will that user open it successfully?

Besides, does the email account used by that user have the same tenant name as your account?

I suggest you let the user also open the shared file via Excel desktop to have a check.
