Invalid subscription key

I've subscribed to the Azure translator service and found out the key turns to invalid. Could you please provide me with a valid one and the details of my subscription. Please check the following info:

Could you please confirm if you are fetching the keys from the right Translator resource in Azure Portal?

Are you saying that the key keeps changing every time ? If yes, you need to check within your Activity Logs if you are seeing a regenerate operation as shown below:

You can also see who had initiated this operation.

If the above doesn't help, please share the screenshot and elaborate the issue. This will help us to assist you better.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. We used to get the key from the vendor and don't have the access to get the key by ourselves. Currently, we only have the purchasing contract. could you please help to get the subscription key or help me to get the access to the account.

Unfortunately, Microsoft cannot provide you the Key or access to this translator resource.

.

Suggestion:

You need to reach out to the Owners of this subscription, and they can grant you the access to this resource or perhaps the access key of this resource.

Currently the vendor is unreachable, and that's why i am writing to seek help. Can u help me if I can provide you with the purchasing contract?

@qian, wangfan Unfortunately, we cannot assist you on this. As mentioned earlier, the only way to access this is to check with the Owners of this subscription or someone who has the User Access Administrator role on the subscription.

If this is critical and is blocking your business continuity, you can create a free Azure subscription and create a new translator resource for time being.
