    Hello Tariq Younas,

Welcome to microsoft Q&A, thankyou for posting your query here.

By knowing these factors and regularly reviewing your resource allocation and usage patterns, you can maintain a cost-efficient cloud environment.

Check if your VM is over-provisioned for its workload. If the average CPU or memory utilization is consistently low, you might not need such a high-performance VM.

Evaluate disk I/O and network utilization to ensure that you are not paying for more resources than you need.

Identify if the VM type matches the workload requirements. Switching to a more suitable VM family can reduce costs.

Consider using Azure VM Scale Sets to automatically scale in/out based on demand, ensuring you only pay for what you use.

Use Azure Monitor and Azure Cost Management + Billing to analyze historical data and identify trends in resource usage.

    Hope this helps you.
