I am experiencing extremely slow response times and frequent timeouts when using the Chat Completion API with the GPT-4o model and image inputs. The issue persists across different US regions (US West, US East) and deployment types (Standard, Global).

I would appreciate it if the Azure OpenAI team could investigate this issue and provide a solution or an estimated timeline for a fix.

- Are you trying to use the completion API from SDK or from Chat playground?
- Does the issue occur from chat playground in OAI studio too?
- Is this issue intermittent (random) or occurs all the time?
- Could you please Apply splitting in your metrics for
API NameandOperation Nameand let me know which API was time consuming?
