In the 2019 SSRS, I am able to view the folder but as soon as I clicked on one of the reports, I get the following error.

Failed to load expression host assembly. Details: Could not load file or assembly 'SrsResources, Culture=neutral' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. (rsErrorLoadingExprHostAssembly)

I'm not sure if this is a SSRS issue or if this is related to SQL server side of things. Help is much appreciated.
