Hi i am using windows 10 because my pc is windows 11 unsupported but a few days ago i joined a windows 10 insider program thinking of to get insider builds for windows 10 only not 11 2-3 days ago it downloaded some updates so i chose to restart and download update and after it started running windows 11 showing checking for updates before it reboots it showed an random error like onetime run error or onetime sign in error or something like that and next screen is you know undoing changes screen and after this reboots again in the next reboot i can see a dual boot menu showing windows 11 and 10 and repairing options so i clicked on windows 11 to see if it works this way but it rebooted onto the same screen again but this windows 11 icon is now converted into a unrecognized windows icon like two empty screen behind each other i will show the image if i find any on the internet relating to this issue and i tried to solve it using chatgpt and copilot but they solved it temporarily not permanently and i have 2 accounts on my pc 1 is personally mine of which i dont care if it got deletes because i have onedrive app synced to my android for my account the 2nd is my brother's account his office account so i ensure security about his account not mine because i use it watch some videos just not any extraordinary thing but an another issue occured yesterday after using copilot and chatgpt i thought this issue is solved so i clicked on chatgpt again but it started to download windows 11 insider preview again but this time after downloading it opened a windows 11 installer showing making sure you're ready to install next it showed a error like your pc is unsupported and you may face compatibility issues and you may loose your data... Next to this was an accept button so i chose to close this window because i never wanted to make my pc corrupt so after closing a notification appeared we are having trouble downloading an update click here to fix this issue after clicking windows 10 update settings opened i will add an image for this issue and until this issue is solved i cannot update windows 10 i somehow managed to remove windows 11 from just boot menu because i don't care about it's data but it is an appreciable if it can also be deleted along with its data entirely by pressing win + r and typing msconfig going to boot and remving windows 11 after this windows windows 11 installer issue occured. About the image: here is the dual boot menu image i found on internet to describe my issue windows are same but icons are updated in my case for windows i was able to see two empty windows opened behind each other but in this image there is just one empty folder 2nd image is from my pc's screenshot i cannot upload two images at once so i just described it. So how to solve this issue?Screenshot (34)
