Why one browser interrupts streaming while no problem with internet connection is reported?

It took a long-term period to decide that MSEdge eventually will be interrupting streaming (no more playback at the instance) on a frequence basis;
aside options such as 'clearing the cache', updating the application, 'modifying' (repairing) from Advanced Settings in Apps, resetting, it still is expected the browser to be performing with the said handicap.
By testing with another browser, no such issue arose.
By reviewing in-browser settings, no bad rendering was obvious, nor by testing alternatives.
