The scan error could be caused by a variety of issues, including incorrect folder paths or insufficient permissions.
1, Make sure that the path you entered is correct and follows the proper format.
2, Since you are using a domain admin account, it is unlikely that the issue is related to permissions. However, it is still possible that the account does not have the necessary permissions to access certain folders. You can confirm that the account has the correct permissions by checking the permissions on the folders that are failing to scan.
And, the "undefined" error message in the scan log CSV file does not provide much information about the cause of the issue. You may need to review the Migration Manager logs to get more detailed information about the error. The logs are stored here: C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SPMigration
