@Sneha Rao , Thanks for posting this question.
I see that the WebApp is stopped now ( screenshot below). Currently, the WebApp is running on LinuxFree, you can start the WebApp and check. To isolate the issue, you may scale-up and test ( scale-down as required).
Based on your issue description and the info you have shared, I also reviewed some logs.
For isolating the application Error:
1.Review the Startup command on Azure Portal for your WebApp
Configuration -> General Settings -> Startup Command
2.Review the exposed port, in the application setting , as outlined in this doc.
Always On
setting is off ( disabled), please enable it from Azure Portal – Your WebApp > Configuration blade (> General settings).
To fetch more details about the issue, you may try these:
- You may leverage App Service diagnostics from Azure Portal> Navigate to your App Service app in the Azure Portal. (screenshot below).
In the left navigation, click on Diagnose and solve problems
- Review - “Configuration and Management and “Availability and Performance” options.
- Navigate through Kudu site on: https://<sitename>.scm.azurewebsites.net/api/logs/ , to fetch info.
Kindly let us know how it goes, I'll be happy to follow-up with you further
