I have a room mailbox that's been setup for delegate. The delegate accept the meeting and it shows in room calendar, organizer and attendee as usual.

when the meetings start after 10-15 minutes the meeting gets removed from resource account but visible in another calendar.

sometimes decline email comes from resource account during that meeting and sometime no declined email and just meeting gets removed from resource account.

the meeting also gets shorten by 15 min if no one joins from that meeting room.

    Hi @Vipin Bhatt,

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I understand there is an issue about meeting appears shorted in the resource mailbox’s calendar.

However, I want to confirm with you that this is happening to only one resource mailbox or all.

Please verify whether you don't have events set to automatically shorten in your outlook.

    1. Open the resource mailbox in outlook on the web (if you have permissions) Sign in to your account in Outlook on the web >On the Outlook on the web navigation bar, click your name >Click Open another mailbox >Type the email address of the other mailbox that you want to open, and then click Open
    2. In the separate window, Select Settings > Calendar > Events and invitations.
    3. Check the Shorten duration for all events field whether there are any settings.

Also, if it only happens to a specific resource mailbox, please kindly run the Get-CalendarProcessing cmdlet in Exchange Online PowerShell to view the calendar processing options for the resource mailbox. You can run for the affected mailbox and another to compare the properties for both. You could refer to Get-CalendarProcessing (ExchangePowerShell) | Microsoft Learn for more information.

Hope it helps, if there are anything else I could help, please feel free to contact me.
