Anyone having power point issue with advance slide?

we recently upgraded our systems to windows 11 and running office 2019. This particular system is installed in one of our auditoriums and used to run presentations. On some occasions when running power point we see the slide advance with no action taken by presenter. we have confirmed that the advance slide is selected for On Mouse Click on all slides. all updates are done for OS and office.
