Hi Amiya Das,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand your concern about accessing the Azure OpenAI Service for your learning challenge. Access to the Azure OpenAI service is currently restricted and not available for all subscriptions. Users must meet specific criteria outlined in this form and access will be granted upon review of the submitted details.
To obtain an Azure subscription with access to the Azure OpenAI service, you need to complete and submit the form. Please note that Azure OpenAI requires registration and is currently available only to approved enterprise customers and partners. Customers wishing to use Azure OpenAI must submit a registration form.
If your request does not meet the acceptance criteria, you can alternatively use the OpenAI public API.
Additionally, Azure for Students and free trial subscriptions no longer support Azure OpenAI. Your subscription should be a pay-as-you-go account to ensure successful deployments of Azure OpenAI once your request is approved. More information is available here and here.
