Why can't I use version history

I created a documentSet, then I captured its version, after refreshing I select documentSet, click Version history and the error is displayed like the image I provided.WXWorkCapture_17171419398721

    Unlike file version history, where versions are created automatically each time there is a slight change to the file, versions on a document set needs to be created manually each time.

    1.Select the document set -> Capture Version -> Enter the comment -> Ok.

    2.See the version created.
