The users in our environment are not local admins and therefore, can't access optional features to download and install RSAT components. Can I download and install RSAT using the same KB provided for Windows 10, on Windows 11 devices? Are there other alternatives that Microsoft suggests?

The standalone installer "KB2693643" for Windows 10 does not work on Windows 11.
If your users do not have local admin rights, you may need to consider using a system management tool like System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or similar to push these installations to the client machines. Please consult with your IT department for the best approach in your environment.

I have tried installing KB2693643 on Windows 11 and I don't see any problems with it. It installs fine and I'm able to access all the tools. I'm able to uninstall RSAT by uninstalling the tools. FYI, We have some users managed under intune and some under SCCM.

Is that alright? It does work for us on Autopilot(intune) & SCCM environments where the users are not admins. They don't have access to optional features and this is the only way we can install the latest version of RSAT for them now. Can we proceed with this?
