Not able to perform any of the lab as a student

Question

As Azure limits OpenAI subscriptions to Enterprise only, it is impossible to complete the lab as a student willing to learn Azure OpenAI. The challenge didn't mention "Enterprise User Only".

Is there a way for an individual to take the challenge, and learn with Microsoft providing a restricted learn-only OpenAI subscription?

Currently, the Azure OpenAI service is not available for all subscriptions. To gain access, please complete this form and meet the criteria. If your request does not meet the criteria, you can use the OpenAI public API.

Ensure your subscription is a pay-as-you-go account for successful Azure OpenAI deployments once approved.
