What is the collection evaluation schedule? Do you have incremental update enabled?
issue in not getting device automatically to specific collection in SCCM
Hello Expert,
I have created a collection with query like computer name
select SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceID,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceType,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Name,SMS_R_SYSTEM.SMSUniqueIdentifier,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Client from SMS_R_System WHERE SMS_R_System.Name LIKE "NC-%" AND SMS_R_System.IPSubnets = "10.10.5.0"
The above command work very well and when I update membership ,It worked well and device get move to collection as per query.
issue that it is not automatically move the device when it is created.
it should be work automatically without update membership to automate the TS deployment ,How I resolve the issue.
Thanks
Rich

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
Agree with @Rahul Jindal [MVP] , collection evaluation schedule may be the key point. If it's a busy Configuration Manager environment, 5 mins evaluation schedule is too frequent and may affect system performance. Here are some official articles about collection evaluation and best practices for collections:

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!
