Choosing specific reflection time and hours in MS Teams

Is it possible to select a specific time and hours for the reflection feature in MS Teams? Whenever I try to use it for my wellbeing group, it always shows 8 hours remaining by default.

    No, it's not possible to set a specific time and hours for the reflection feature in MS Teams. The default setting is 8 hours remaining, and it cannot be customized.
