Freezing When trying to customize and image on announcement within Teams Channel

I am on a teams channel , trying to post an announcement. When I attempt to customize the image I want for the announcement Teams freezes up and forces me to close and re-open. Ive tried through the application and through 365 . Im using the New Teams and nothing seems to help my bypass. My internet speed is very efficient. WHHHHHYYYY is this freezing occurring? Its only happening when I try to post an announcement and customize the image

    Could you please tell me:

    Does this issue occur in the Teams web client?

    Do other users in the organization have the same problem?

    If the issue only occurs in the Teams web client, try clearing the Teams desktop client cache and logging in again:
