No login on virtual machine

A VM in Hyper-V at starts fine with a background and Keyboard Layout, Accessibility and Power in lower right corner works. But I cannot get the login prompt. I have tried to reconnect and it boots in safe mode.

The VM is a Windows 11 23H2 running with screen resolution1920x1080.
Dynamic Memory (128 MB available): Min: 4096 MB --> Max: 16384 MB.
Virtual Processors: 12

What can be done?

    Hi Peter,

    Hope you're doing well. Please take the following steps first.

    1. Try to disable Enhanced Session.
    2. Press "Ctrl + Alt + Del" on the login screen in Windows 11. This might refresh the interface and display the login prompt.
    3. Try to restart the VM.
