How can I connect certification profile to my existing profile?

Im Microsoft Azure: Fundamentals AZ-900 Certified, but it's not showing on my profile.

Below your certification, click View certification details, next click Print button above your certificate, select Save as PDF, under More settings uncheck Headers and footers, etc.
