Az-104 Exam navigation

I recently sat for the AZ-104 Administrator Associate exam. I was surprised the exam is broken into Mutiple question sets with no indication how to navigate between these sections. I completed the 40+ questions with 40 Mins remaining in my Exam time and was offered a review. Once I was satisfied with the review, I was offered End Exam and did so once the 5 Min. remaining alert appeared. Suprise there are more questions offered with an elaborate Scenario. All of my training prepared me for Scenario questions but was to be offered at the beginning and we are warned we cannot go back to review the previous section. This current exam the Scenario is at the end of the main question section. The Left-hand buttons offered include Microsoft Learn link and a few other tools, Calculator, Exam Time remaining, ..., but no navigation button. Now that I've sat for the exam, I'll be more conscientious to get to the second question set sooner.

I'd like to see a Navigation button that lists each question 1-49 with an indicator of the second section remaining. This should include if the Question holds a response or not and if a Flag for Review is checked.

Does anyone have a similar experience to share?
