I can't log-in the portal.

May I know how to initialize the azure environment?

    Thanks for your question.

    Based on the error, I will recommmend:

    1. Login to your Azure Portal and navigate to your subscriptions.
    2. Confirm the status of the subscription. If it is inactive, that is the issue. If it is active proceed thus:
      1. Navigate to Entra ID
      2. Navigate to App registrations section and locate the referenced appID
      3. Under Properties, check if the application is enabled. If it is disabled, enable it.

    NB: you need admin privileges or you have to contact admin.
