Based on the error, I will recommmend:
- Login to your Azure Portal and navigate to your subscriptions.
- Confirm the status of the subscription. If it is inactive, that is the issue. If it is active proceed thus:
- Navigate to Entra ID
- Navigate to App registrations section and locate the referenced appID
- Under Properties, check if the application is enabled. If it is disabled, enable it.
NB: you need admin privileges or you have to contact admin.
