Hi All, I am having trouble logging into my authentication app. It only accept my fingerprint and my phone is damaged around that area. So now my fingerprint does not open the app. I tried downloading the app on my new phone but my sign in apps are still on the old authenticate app. I am unable to do my online work because I need to verify via the app. Please help !
