Account Locked Out Due To Overdue Invoice

Hello. My Azure account has been removed due to an overdue invoice back in January. All other invoices since then has not required a payment. On the outstanding invoice it says 'don't need to take any action' so I didn't. I only just became aware of the account cancellation this morning. Upon logging in, I realized that the card on file is no longer active. I have now updated it with our new card.

I am trying to pay for the invoice but am no longer able to. Can you please reactive my account so that I can pay the outstanding invoice. I really need my account to be reactivated.
