how do i change my name

right now my name is "kaili" on everything but I recently changed my name to river and I wanna know how to change the name on my computer.

    Hi,
    If you would like to change computer name of computer running windows 10, please check following steps:

    • Press Windows key and type "Settings" in. Choose Settings > System > About.
    • On the right side of the page after clicking on About, choose Rename PC.
    • After renaming the PC, restart your computer. The change/s should reflect.
