GPT-4o Model Availability in non-US Regions

Question

Is there any timeline for when GPT-4o model deployment will be available in non-US Regions? For compliance / regulatory reasons it may not be an option for everyone (especially in the EU) to use US regions (and by extension the Global Standard option).
