The project file cannot be opened. Version 7.0.410 of the .NET SDK requires at least version 17.4.0 of MSBuild.

Question

Due to some issue my PC got reinstalled the OS. then after i have done the same setup IDE for my work related software's in the same PC. now I'm trying to open my previous application(Azure webjob app) appearing unloaded (files are not appearing) at solution explorer in Visual studio 2019.
Message error display like:
"The project file cannot be opened. Version 7.0.410 of the .NET SDK requires at least version 17.4.0 of MSBuild. The current available version of MSBuild is 16.11.2.50704. Change the .NET SDK specified in global.json to an older version that requires the MSBuild version currently available."

**My observation is i couldn't open an Azure webjob application for the newly created selected from VS2019 template. at present i can see only SDK
7.0.410
I have verified all steps like searching for the global.json file ...but not found in the PC.

Visual Studio 2019 doesn’t support .NET 7.0, please install VS2022 to upgrade your MSBuild.
