    Hello

To perform an in-place upgrade of Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB to the most recent version of Windows 11 IoT without losing any data, you can follow these general steps:

Check Compatibility: Ensure that your hardware meets the Windows 11 IoT requirements. You can use the PC Health Check app to verify this.

Backup Data: Although an in-place upgrade should not affect your files, it's always a good practice to back up important data before proceeding with the upgrade.

Get Windows 11 IoT Media: Obtain the Windows 11 IoT Enterprise installation media. This is typically available through your volume licensing account if you have one.

Start Upgrade: Run the setup from the installation media. During the upgrade process, select the option to keep your files and settings.

Follow On-Screen Instructions: The upgrade wizard will guide you through the rest of the process. Make sure your device is connected to power and has an active internet connection during the upgrade.

Post-Upgrade Checks: After the upgrade, verify that all your applications and data are intact and that the system is functioning as expected.

    Hi Wesley,

We were trying to upgrade a Windows 11 IoT machine from Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB. However, we found that only the options "Keep personal files" and "Nothing" are enabled.

User's image We have 600 machines running in production, each of which has an application running on it. How to do this upgrade without losing any data or applications?

    Your help is much appreciated!

    Regards,

    Sugumar
