Unable to renew certificate for Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate

Question

I am unable to renew my certificate for Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate. On the renewal page, I see the message that this certification is renewable, but the "see if you're eligible" button is greyed out. I still have time to renew the certificate and it is not past its expiration date.

I am unsure of which tag to select, which is why I have chosen this tag.

After open the link you mentioned, after a while, I will see the error below.

I can also see:

This renewal assessment and the related certification are retired. Learn more.

After clicking Learn More, I can see:

You can click "Check my eligibility in profile" and check if you can renew your certificates.

You can click "About certification renewal" to check more information.
