my new computer wont let me switch out of s mode

Question

I just got this computer, and it has not been working s mode is have clicked it more than once and reset the store and my computer and it says it not available and the closes I got was it loading for a fraction of a second and then it closed out the image below is what keep happening and say upgrade is not available

This seems to be a known issue, and based on other user feedback, you can test exit S mode after disabling "Quick Boot" and "Safe Boot".

To disable the Quick Launch feature on Windows, follow these steps:

1. Open the control panel and choose Power Options. In the left menu, click "Select Power button function".
2. Click "Change Currently Unavailable Settings" at the top of the page. In the "Shutdown Settings" section, uncheck the "Enable Quick Boot (recommended)" option.
3. Click "Save Changes".

To turn off Secure Boot on your computer, follow these steps:

1. Hold down the Shift key and click Restart, then press a specific key (usually F2, F10, Delete, etc.) to enter the BIOS Settings.
2. Select Boot options, go to the Security Boot menu, and select Key Management. Click Clear Secure startup key.
3. Set security boot to Disabled.
4. Save the changes, exit, and restart the computer.
