Hello,
This seems to be a known issue, and based on other user feedback, you can test exit S mode after disabling "Quick Boot" and "Safe Boot".
To disable the Quick Launch feature on Windows, follow these steps:
- Open the control panel and choose Power Options. In the left menu, click "Select Power button function".
- Click "Change Currently Unavailable Settings" at the top of the page. In the "Shutdown Settings" section, uncheck the "Enable Quick Boot (recommended)" option.
- Click "Save Changes".
To turn off Secure Boot on your computer, follow these steps:
- Hold down the Shift key and click Restart, then press a specific key (usually F2, F10, Delete, etc.) to enter the BIOS Settings.
- Select Boot options, go to the Security Boot menu, and select Key Management. Click Clear Secure startup key.
- Set security boot to Disabled.
- Save the changes, exit, and restart the computer.
