microsoft authenticator doesn't show code on my phone

Question

I deleted microsoft authenticator, I reinstall it, now I can't enter my email. Is not letting me select code, I go to I forgot Password, and it still asking me for authenticator code. Account on Authenticator app is marked in grey and can't enter to configure it

if you did not setup an alternate MFA method to authenticator, you need to contact your email admin, and have them send you a new authenticator signup, typically a QR code.
