Hello, our CSP was recently acquired by another CSP. Some of the original members who supported us from the original CSP left and switched to a new CSP. They asked us to switch and since we knew them, we did so. However, we have found out that their support structure is sub par. They have also been invoicing us more than double what was previously invoiced to us. How do we cancel our CSP with them?

Thank you

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing with your new CSP. To best advise you, I need to know which products you have under your CSP licensing program.

Please note that the cancellation policy for new commerce experience (NCE) products varies depending on the product type. For example, software subscriptions have a prorated refund within seven calendar days of purchase. If you wish to reduce or change the number of licenses of the purchased subscription, the change must be made within the seven-day window.

The best course of action would be to select another CSP and request a transfer of your subscriptions to them. This way, you can ensure that your services continue without interruption and benefit from better support and pricing.

Please make sure to check the exact cancellation policy for your specific product type and situation. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Good luck!
