About change organization information in the Microsoft 365 admin center

Hi everyone,

When change organization information (organization name) in the Microsoft 365 admin center, what Azure and M365 product/ portal info will be affected too? It will change all products too?

Changing information on that page does not affect any products/licenses. The only thing that would affect them is changing the country/region, but that's not possible.
