Can't move a folder between 2 shared mailboxes

I have a folder in one mailbox (Let's call it mailbox A). I have a need where I want the folder and contents to be moved to a different mailbox (Mailbox B).

When I try to drag and drop, or right-click and move, I get the error "You can't move folders to or from the selected shared folder, but you can move individual items to and from there".

I'm using new outlook. The mailboxes are from a company domain.

What could be the issue? Is there a way I can move this folder?

    Hi @Kaberia David ,

    Welcome to our forum!

As i know, we can move folders within one mailbox but not between two mailboxes in New Outlook for Windows. I notice that you want to move a folder to the shared mailbox, as a workaround, you can create a same folder in the shared mailbox, then press Ctrl+A to select all emails in the original folder and drag them to the same folder in shared mailbox.

    Hope to help you!
