I Redeemed Azure pass but it is not reflecting in portal

Hi,
I have redeemed azure pass but it is not reflecting in azure portal, when i try to see it in azure pass website https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/Balance it shows the balance but subscription it is not showing, same thing in azure portal also, subscription is not showing
