Test Results from today's test

Question

I took the MS AZ-900 test this morning from home via PearsonVue and passed; however, I don't have a confirmation of passing or of taking the test. How do I get this information added to my record so I'm not having to take the test again?

Below your certification, click View certification details, next click Print button above your certificate, select Save as PDF, under More settings uncheck Headers and footers, etc.
