I would like to inform you that I am encountering an error when attempting to query the document stored in Blob Storage. I have followed the steps detailed in the Microsoft guide (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/use-your-data-quickstart?tabs=command-line%2Cpython-new&pivots=programming-language-studio), but it is not working as expected.

The error message I receive is as follows: "The requested information is not found in the retrieved data. Please try another query or topic." or spanish "La información solicitada no se encuentra en los datos recuperados. Por favor, intente otra consulta o tema." as shown in the attached image. Error

I have ensured that the steps were followed correctly, but the issue persists. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Alternatively, you can also let the Azure OpenAI know to respond from the data source ( Blob Storage)

See this screen shot below where first response provides generic information that is not from doc and when I request to use data from document the next response provides data from document with citations.

Did you setup your data using the blob container or the search index directly or by uploading files? If it is the case of blob container you might have configured the container and index during the first setup but if the index refresh is not scheduled the newer files in container will not be indexed.

If you are using search index directly then there are other factors like the settings of the index itself that could effect the response, like the search options. If you have enabled just a keyword search, then the exact keyword or the case id in your case should be passed for accurate results.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have tried plans as you recommended. I updated the System message to instruct the model to answer using retrieved documents from the Azure Blob Storage and to cite the sources. Despite these changes, I am still encountering the same error: "The requested information is not found in the retrieved data. Please try another query or topic."

I have noticed that this issue specifically arises when the model is analyzing a scanned PDF document. Could you please advise on how to resolve this error when dealing with scanned PDFs?

@Natalia Benavides Thanks for getting back. Did you try updating the Plan 1 and Plan 2 in Spanish system message and check ?
