How can I make sure these folders in sql don't appear every time I save another sql file

Screenshot 2024-06-05 094236.png After downloading sql server 2022, every time I save the file, additional folders '$MyDocuments$, Visual Studio 2017, Visual Studio 2017Templates' appear. Previously, for the SQL Server 2019 version, when pressing save, there were only files with the extension '.sql, .ssmssln'. The appearance of these folders in each .sql version makes me feel very uncomfortable and confused. So how do I stop those folders from appearing?
Note: I am using Visual Studio 2022
