Updraftplus back up can't be downloed

Question

I'm using updraftplus backup solution. However, on azure wordpress appservice. It can't download the backup file I have on my remote machine... I leave everything default when setting up the app.... Help

@Wang Will Thanks for asking question! If I am understanding right you wants to use UpdraftPlus plugin for Wordpress Microsoft Azure, If so,

Could you please double check referring to this video on- How to configure Microsoft Azure with UpdraftPlus ensure you have created storage account and from Wordpress you are using correct Access key and storage account is connected correctly. Test Azure Settings.
