Based on the information provided in the context, it seems that the issue you are facing is related to the user's permissions and the Remote Desktop Web Access configuration. When users try to sign in to the RD Web app, they are getting an error message that says "The requested operation requires elevation." This error message usually indicates that the user does not have sufficient permissions to perform the requested operation.

To resolve this issue, you can try one or more of the following methods:

    • Make sure that the user has the necessary permissions to run the application with administrator privileges.
    • Check the Remote Desktop Web Access configuration to ensure that it is set up correctly.
    • Try running the application without administrator privileges.
