Azure Arc-enabled Kubernetes allows you to extend Azure's management capabilities, like Azure Monitor and Azure Policy, by connecting Kubernetes clusters to Azure.
However, Azure Arc does not manage the underlying VMs or the Kubernetes cluster itself. You would still be responsible for managing the VMs and the Kubernetes cluster, including scaling, kube-proxy, managing certificates, VM upgrades, permission upgrades, and VM management.
