I have not received my certificate after writing my office 365 exam.

I have written my office 365 Administrator exam last week Saturday but i have not received my certificate so now how to i download the certificate. thank you.

    Hi Dominic Owusu Sekyere Akoto,

    Please go to the "Credentials" section within your MS Learn profile (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/) and here you'll see the option "Certifications". From here, you can see the list of your certifications and if you want to download the certificate for any of those certifications, click the "View certification details" option present immediately below the certification name. From here, you'll be able to select the Print option, Share etc.
