Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am planning to migrate my company’s emails from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. Our organization has approximately 100GB of email data to transfer. I have a few questions regarding the migration process:

  1. Estimated Migration Duration: Based on your experience, how long would you estimate the migration of 100GB of email data to take? The estimates I've found range from 5 to 19 days. Are there ways to expedite this process?
  2. Email Accessibility During Migration: Will our users be able to continue using their email accounts for sending and receiving emails during the migration process? If so, are there any specific configurations we need to apply to ensure seamless access?
