My Azure subscription got disable. Can someone please guide me how to enable it.

I have received two mail from azure as below.

  1. Activity Determined to be in Violation Description: External reports of Brute Force traffic from your resource were received ·       Evidence Gathered: Traffic analysis confirmed Brute Force traffic was present
  2. We’ve disabled your Azure subscription To protect the security and privacy of your account, we perform routine audits of all Azure subscriptions. During one of these audits, we identified suspicious activity in your subscription that violates the Microsoft Acceptable Use Policy. We’ve disabled your subscription until the issue can be resolved.

Thanks.

    Hi @Sys Admin ,

to reactivate an Azure subscription please take a look here: Reactivate a disabled Azure subscription

If this is not working please create a ticket with Azure Support.

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

    Hi Sys Admin,

We appreciate your engagement with us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the disabling of your Azure subscription.

In addition to @Andreas Baumgarten ,if your account is disabled for violating the Terms of Service, try the follow the below steps:

    • If you violate the Terms of Service, an email should be sent to your Azure subscription’s registered address with additional information on how to fix the problem. Check your email to see what steps you need to take.
    • It’s important to review the Terms of Service so you can recognize any potential violations and take action to correct them with this links: Microsoft Azure Legal Information / Microsoft Azure Offer Details / Azure Terms of Service
    • To create a support request in the Azure portal, start by navigating to the portal and using the search bar at the top to search for "Help + support." Select the corresponding result to open the Help + support page. Once there, click on "Create a support request." When prompted to select the issue type, choose "Subscription management." For the problem type, select "Re-enable my subscription." Follow the remaining prompts to provide any additional information required and submit your support request.

Additionally, you can follow the link: Subscription Management support request
