Errors in function app log

Hi Dear Community,
I've been receiving these errors for quite some time now and although the function app that hosts the functions seem to work fine most of the time, I have some failures mainly in HTTP Trigger function. I don't know exactly what the problem is so I'm sharing the log here to see if anyone have seen this before. xxxxxxxxxxxx replaces the function app name.
Appreciate your help.

What is the version of your function app? Is it 2.x, 3.x, or 4.x?
Can you please provide more information about the logic you are performing in the HTTP trigger function?
- Do you have any network restrictions in place that may be preventing your function app from reaching the endpoint it is trying to connect to?
