Not receiving diagnostic setting logs like ADXQuery to log analytics workspace from ADX

Hi Team,

I am working with an ADX cluster. I require ADX diagnostic logs to analyse them. So earlier our team have enabled diagnostic settings in ADX and sending those logs to log analytics workspace. But there were no logs of ADX in log analytics workspace when I checked 2 days back. So I have disabled and enabled the setting again. From then I was able logs in ADXQuery table, ADXIngestion table, ADXtabledetails table for a couple of minutes.

But after some time the logs are not being sent to Log Analytics workspaces again specifically for ADXQuery table. I tried re-enabling the settings again but of no use. Nothing is working out as of now.

Could anyone please let me know why this might have happened if anyone experienced such issue.
