You arent going to be able to do that with a transport rule.
The only real built in option would be an Outlook auto reply rule with a template that each user sets up on their own

HI,
I am looking for a way to create a transport tule that auto responds with my email address but changes to a new domain, I have seen some rules using Headers and envelopes but the information seems quite vague, hope some one can help.
Scenario:
External sends email to firstname.secondname@contoso.com
However everyone at Contoso is now using @fabrikam.com and contoso is an alias for now.
can Contoso send an auto respond and include their own firstname.secondname@fabrikam.com.
reference I have looked at

Thanks in advance
Junaid
